i am new to raiding ... what pots / flask do i use as a pala tank ..(normally)...

Since the flask question was answered, I'll answer the pot one.

The only real potion for WotLK tanks is Indestructible Potion. You can pop one right before you pull and use another one 2 minutes later. 4 minutes of 3500 extra armor is a pretty sweet deal. By popping one before you pull, you initiate the cooldown of the first potion out of combat and you don't consume your 1 potion/combat cooldown.

I have a few things to say. 1, do a search. This answer is in FAQs all over the internet. 2, Is it really that hard to add the din to pala'din'? It takes less then 1 second and just makes you look lazy. 3, use flask of stoneblood.
