tank - help needed

Hey guys, sry for being boring but can u give me some suggestions on how to start tanking raids and hcs ( this is my first tank):

Interesting build if your lookign for tips theres way to much to go over in a responce look at the guides here or on EJ lots of good info

Step 1: Get defense capped.
Step 2: Verify that you are, in fact, defense capped.
Step 3: Get the parry gem out of your shoulders. Dodge is the same color and more useful.
Step 4: Get rid of the agility enchant on your cloak, especially while not defense capped.
Step 5: Replace the DK starting area sigil.
Step 6: Drop the IBF Glyph. It was nerfed into uselessness (for tanks) months ago. Pick up some minor glyphs.
Step 7: Drop the two talent points from Unholy Command and the one point from Ravenous Dead. Find one other talent point (probably from Acclimation or Merciless Comat). Use these 4 points to fill up Black Ice. Someone else might be able to help you more with talent build. I have not spec'd Frost to tank before.
Step 8: (Optional) Pick up some professions. No professions versus BS/JC is 123 stamina (3 51 stamina gems instead of 30 stamina is 63, and the 2 extra gem slots are 30 stamina each). With BoK, that's 135 stamina. With Frost Presence, that's 143 stamina.
