I believe there's also a buff/debuff addon that looks like that (the way the time is done - MM ss) - I'd have to do some searching, since I don't think it's available from WoWI or Curse.

I believe lawomous thought you were asking about the pink box.

PowerAuras CAN be used to track self-buffs like that, and the timer could be PA's. But I'm not sure.

What, the pink box? No I thought the OP inserted that into the picture to draw attention to what he was asking about. I don't believe that is actually a part of the original UI.

The three DoT icons looks very much like PowerAuras set up to track your spell cast on the enemy target using the default WoW glow as the icon and having a timer running above it in MM ss fashion that PowerAuras is known for.
