Getting Quel'delar Question

Hey guys, sorry to bug you with a silly question. I just can't seem to find the answer anywhere though, but I'm not exactly sure what to look for.

I understand that Quel'delar is pretty awesome and can be like 1 of 4 different swords depending on which you take. I'm wondering how I go about getting this sword. I've done all 3 new heroics and the new raid bosses, but I don't see any clues as to how I get this sword.

Any suggestions?

Not from any mob, but from quite a few of them.

And they removed the chance for skeletal slaves to drop battered hilt recently, so for those of you who have been farming those skeletons, stop wasting your time :P
