Yes, when we have attempted Marrowgar we have been solo tanking him (see http://emblemofconquest.blogspot.com...ng-update.html), but this is a viable strategy and one that is much better, IMO.

There are no adds to deal with on Marrowgar, so it's better to just avoid having to heal another target altogether.

It's definitely one-tankable. The fact that we are wiping endlessly has nothing to do with number of tanks we use.

Anyone using the 15 dollar argument, is bound to be fail. Thus DXE is fail.

    BigWigs > you.

For the above poster, you'd be happy to know that we have now been able to get past the Lord Marrowgar trash thanks to hiring 2 rogues to come help us on the trash for 1000g each. We are now wiping on Lord Marrowgar and have been for quite some time. We are struggling to deal with the frankly ridiculous damage output that he does to our tank and this is what is wiping us (tank keeps dying).
    lol

OK, that comment makes me conclude that you sir, are a troll. Well played, until now.

Also, there's no Emblem of Conquest guild on wowarmory or eu wowarmory (except an empty one).

Druids are by far the best tanks for this fight, so try to have at least 3 of your 5 tanks be druids.
weaker DPS members (like feral druids and rogues)
Pop heroism as soon as Anub’arak reaches 30%, have your shamans, priests and druids spam their AoE heals wildly to keep everyone at full health.
    BAWHAHAHA BEST TROLL :P

lol didnt read full article, but full of win !

"When it comes to gearing a ret paladin, there’s only one way to go: Agility Agility Agility. Leather gear with Agility far and away outperforms equivalent pieces of plate. Do not worry about hit rating on gear, as this will be provided entirely by talents and buffs from other classes in the raid."

Despite all that gibberish, DXE is actually an awesome mod.
