warrior bartender4

so this problem is about bartender4 but it concerns my warrior so I figured I'd give it a shot by posting here. Basically what my problem is, is that when I put my mouse over an attack, it doesn't say the name of it nor give the description. Thing is, it only does that on my warrior... On my warlock alt, it shows everything fine when I mouse over stuff... Do any of you know why or has this happened to any of you? Are there any ways of solving this? thanks for the help in advance

Type /bar to bring up the configuration window and the last option in the Bars menu is called "Button tooltip".
Make sure it's set to Enabled.
