"Cant pay subscription" problem

Well, untill now I was paying for my game time with a prepaid card, and now my account was frozen for few months, and I decided to start playing a bit again and pay with credit card this time since its cheaper, but after I log in my Battle.net account, and I select Wow, click on Change Subscription, click on Visa-Electron I get this message:

"It seems that you are not allowed to use this payment method. Please contact our Account and Billing team via www.wow-europe.com/en/support/. "

So why am I not allowed to pay? I allready mailed them but so far no answers in these past days...
Anyone maybe had the same problem? And how did you solve it?
Any help is highly appreciated
