i meen i have a hard life keeping aggro in a 10 man like koralon

You only have 11 expertise.
You need at least 28 to be soft-capped, which is enough. 54 is the hardcap, and that's nothing you should care about though. You can start by getting Obsidian Edge from Onyxia10/25, and gem some expertise in your gear. There's also a pretty nice neck, Eskhandars Links from Onyxia10/25 that give some expertise. But bear in mind not to reduce your hit rating.

Replace "waverability" with each ability you have that uses runes. It will auto runestrike for you whenever its up.

I never used it on single target. Massive waste of runes in my opinion. So many questions though?

I really don't understand why you're struggling. Blood, in my experience anyway, is single target king.

Spec seems solid, weapon seems solid. As said you could really do with more expertise, and macro runestrike to all your abilities.

Otherwise what's your rotation?

I'm using (IT-PS-DS-HS-HS, DS-HS-HS-HS-HS) repeat and dumping RP in to a death coil or something when I have the time. Meanwhile spamming seven shades of crap out of runestrike.

I never have single target issues at all, I pull probably about 9k TPS on average. I substantially outgear you, but even so, especially playing with people who are equally geared you shouldn't really be struggling so much with single target. If you're really struggling, especially at the start, give yourself hysteria ;p

Can you give us more info though? I'm struggling to see what the problem is.

I use the standard Blood rotation (same as Wrathy described). The only time I seem to have problems is with Paladins. 90% of them seem to want to open up with as much front loaded damage as they can as soon as my Icy Touch lands. If people aren't retarded and let me land both diseases before going all out, I haven't really had any problems.

I'm horrendously undergeared for raids (took a few month break when ToC came out), so my experience has only been in 5-man runs since 3.3 landed.
