    So we can say:

    9 / 9 = 0.9999999999999999999999999999

    but 9/9 is also 1

    Therefore we can say

    0.99999999.. = 1
    Well yeah, that's because 0.9999999... is actually equal 1.

    Also 9+/10 for the op troll.

    What if we thought the Nazi's were just "trolling"?

    This guys logic is clearly sound even though he can't find the article. He shall lead us in the revolution to break away from the tyranical rule of the 360 degree circle!

    Re: Circles have 360.2 degrees!

    so let me get this straight, you think a circle is 360.2 because the earth rotates that in a day? did it ever come across your tiny brain that it takes .2 degrees more to make a 24 hour rotation or more known as a day, which we made up.A day doesnt meen a circle, a day means 24 hours. In most places night and day. or Day, or night ( if there is such a place that experiences 100% night)

    Yo, I'm pretty sure the Earth has 360.2 degrees in it because I dude in Colorado told me that once. He used to live in Mexico, but then he moved there and I met and he made love then he told me. It was totally awesome.

    180, you stupid, spaghetti-slurping cretin - *180*! If I did a 360, I'd go completely around and end up back where I started!

    No, you're the spaghetti-slurpin cretin who can't moonwalk... Get it right. And not to mention if you did a 360 in a 360.2º circle, you wouldn't be making a full turn therefore would be offset slightly and not where you began. Good day to you sir >

    Re: Circles have 360.2 degrees!

    Given that a degree is an arbitrary size such that you fit 360 of them into a circle.....

    You're a moron, think this is funny, and probably shouldn't be allowed to exist.

    Re: Circles have 360.2 degrees!

    A degree (in full, a degree of arc, arc degree, or arcdegree), usually denoted by ° (the degree symbol), is a measurement of plane angle, representing 1⁄360 of a full rotation; one degree is equivalent to π/180 radians. When that angle is with respect to a reference meridian, it indicates a location along a great circle of a sphere, such as Earth, Mars, or the celestial sphere.

    The selection of 360 as the number of degrees (i.e., smallest practical sub-arcs) in a circle was probably based on the fact that 360 is approximately the number of days in a year. Its use is often said to originate from the methods of the ancient Babylonians. Ancient astronomers noticed that the stars in the sky, which circle the celestial pole every day, seem to advance in that circle by approximately one-360th of a circle, i.e., one degree, each day. (Ancient calendars, such as the Persian Calendar, used 360 days for a year.) Its application to measuring angles in geometry can possibly be traced to Thales, who popularized geometry among the Greeks and lived in Anatolia (modern western Turkey) among people who had dealings with Egypt and Babylon.
