The only thing you could change really is removing 1 point from furor and 1 point from Master shapeshift and put them in Improved MOTW for +4% stats and extra armor / resistances from MOTW.
For the rest your spec is just the normal feral pvp spec most people use.

Basic and best Feral Druid arena spec and Glyphs.
Good spec if you can guarantee that you'll almost always be able to get behind your opponent, made me think a bit and change one of my glyphs. I'd disagree on not taking 2/2 Primal Precision though, that's a huge amount of missing dps.Originally Posted by Balduvian

In decent PvP gear a Kitty will have between 45 and 52% crit, missing 10% extra damage on EVERY single crit you deal is HUGE and probably the biggest source of DPS from your talents. In other words: Predatory Instincts is a must-have.Originally Posted by coldbear
For arena, Nurtering Instincts is also a must-have. You can't miss 10% extra healing done to you and when you need to get a heal off yourself, the 35% extra Healing from your agi (Which will be 450+ healing in decent Feral Gear) is also really nice.
The 6 less energy on Mangle on the other hand, is not THAT huge and you should prefer getting a Shred off anyway. It's a fine talent, but does not even come close to competing with Predatory Instincts nor Nurtering Instincts.
For world pvp, which you say you do the most, I really wouldn't know but then I would probably still prefer my spec > yours. But for arena? The talents you left out really can't be missed.
