Well, I have enough frost emblems (63 or 64 atm) to get a new item. I was initially leaning toward the 264 belt since the only one better (that I found) is in 25 icc off a boss that isnt out yet and my current belt is the one from ToC 5man..
But I started thinking about getting the stam trinket instead since Im still using the ony trinket. And ofcourse theres getting tier.. I dont want to run 25 icc and have some dumbass tell me I cant roll on the token b/c I dont even have a tier item. (my guild isnt like that, but I have meet some really retarded people who would do this)
So its between those 3.
Thoughts?

My shaman is going for the cloak. Christmas present for me. He isn't a raider and only "raids" for those weekly quests.
I would go for the tier, due to the upgrade philosophy applied to it this time around.==================================

The stam trinket's "On Use" is kinda garbage, 3200dmg every 2 mins... :
If you plan on going for any kind of set bonus, I would go for tier immediately(my plan). But if you are just looking for the best upgrade, it sounds like the belt would be your best bet.
