I love how reading thru this people still see the need to flame the guy because he played a mage, or went to the AH to get gear, or they think he looted a boar, or had BoA gear etc etc. Regardless of if that's true, who really gives a damn. Sure there are ways this could have been done in a more difficult manner but what he did still is definitely an impressive amount of dedication and he should be praised based on that alone. If you have an issue with how he did it, then stop bitching in a forum and go do it how you think he should have done it.

Point is no one wants to do it.

Anyone could go through without looting, only getting the 80 achievement points, and I will grant you on a pve server its much easier not to die.

But how many people leveled to 80 without a falling death, or an I agro'd to many mobs death, ect....

Everyone who plays this game and thinks this is not impressive fails hard. Of course almost nobody would give this an attempt because of the amount of time involved in grinding to 80 without a single quest/death.

My only question regarding the statistic of this character's kill history is if they ground mobs only, why isn't their killing blows count not the same as their overall kill number? Which leads to the conclusion they were sitting back while a higher level toon, or toons, were grouped with them making sure this character didn't die. Am I wrong seeing this?

I leveled 7 characters to Level 80. My mage is 77 and my priest is 65, so 2 more will hit 80 soon. I know how hard it is to not die even once. On every character I died a couple of times, mostly because I play on a PvP Realm and do a lot of quests and dungeons... do a dungeon and you'll die eventually. Go into contested territory, and you'll run into a Level 80 char who will one-hit you. Do some orange quests or try to solo an elite monster... yes sooner or later you will die... BUT he avoided all of that. The only thing he did was grind low level mobs to make sure he wouldn't die. I'm not jealous or anything but there is absolutely no challenge in doing that. As far as I see it, he even plays on a PvE realm. I'll still say grats, because I think it was a nice idea.

What i want to know is, did something happen in your personal life that made you escape and seek out such strange endeavor? And do you attempt these kind of strange achievments in real life as well?

If your pet kills something you do not get the KB.

He opened the loot windows to allow for skinners.

If he did accidently loot a couple items here and there... HOLY CRAP WHO EFFING CARES?
