Duel wield white hit cap

I'm pretty sure the cap is 24%, but is that with or without the talent?

I am NOT trying to get it. But as my shaman is an alt I just keep finding hit. I'm at 20% and really don't want to have to buy the trinket first.

it's 27% without talents. More hit up till that is rarely a bad thing.

Crit haste ap and spellpower are all better. I'm not really thrilled haveing this much.

Glad I cut some out yesturday. I was at 24%.

I'd just like to know if I should take ArP instead of hit when over the spell hit cap. But then again you can't really compare without a statsheet since ArP is exponential.

Hit. Causes more FT, MW, LS procs.

Which make up a larger part of your damage then White/Windfury/Stormstrike
