Going from Arms to Fury.

Well my guild doesn't have a fury warrior so I am thinking of switching to Fury. Now my questions are if I should fully regem all my Str. gems to Arp, or just some of them?

My weapons are Ramaladni's blade of culling for main hand and Edge of Ruin for offhand (waiting till I get a better upgrade from raiding for the offhand). What should be my average dps from my gear, here is a link to my armory.

You are a little low on ArP, regem for ArP till you have 100% ArP when your trinket procs. Obviously your dps will vary, but if you want a rough estimate, I would expect you to do ~6.5k single target and ~9k multi target.
