why can we use travel form or ghost wolf inside raids & dungeons?

Travel Form and Ghost Wolf can be used in combat while mounts cannot. That is what makes them still useful.

Believe me using a Ghost Wolf in Arena is VERY useful when kiting. Especially if you're glyphed.

You get Travel Form and Ghost Form (well, at least Travel Form) at 16 now. And then there's the whole useable in combat thing.

Ghost Wolf and Travel Form at level 16 so it can be used for 4 levels before you gain a mount.
