Actionbars shaped after keybindings

I am playing a resto druid and I want to use Bartender in such a way that my action bar is shaped in the way I click my keybindings. Example:

Problem is that I am a druid, this become ever harder. I want my action bar to be shaped in such a way no matter what stance I am in. If it is bearform, catform or normal form.

Problems
1 I can not manage to shape my actionbars as the picture shows
2 I can not manage to make my actionbars change depening on which form I am in
3 I have never made a custom UI before

Okay, for a druid with many stances... for example bars 1-6 are going to be the same no matter what stance you are in, so use general spells on there, macros, hearthstones, etc.

Then if you enable (not 100% which ones it is, I don't have a druid), but e.g. bars 7-10 are specific stance bars that will change depending on what form you are in. So load those up with the specific spells specific to that form like bear spells on your bear bar and cat spells on the cat bar. Those are the ones that you can set to correspond with the form you are in. To make it a square you set the rows to 3 and the columns to 3 or something close to get it the way you want.

Everything is in the bartender options so dive deep into them.
