Prot PvP/DPS Libram (Seal of Command)

Hey, I am using PvP/DPS gear to tank heroics, I also have a protection PvP build which i use for soloing/pvp.
I use seal of command (which by the way works REALLY good with a slow weapon in heroics... usually do 4-5k dps while tanking, managed 6.5k dps while tanking emalon adds), and I am wondering what libram to get for PvP/soloing. For tanking I am using the libram that gives you 200 dodge rating everytime you use Hammer of the Righteous. I don't really wanna use the emblem of heroism libram, since it only has a 20% proc rate or so, which averages out to about 35 crit rating... which is kinda useless.
Which one would you suggest? I don't mind doing old content, if there is a better one to get from it.

What about using the Emblem of Heroism libram that gives Block Value when you judge, or the Emblem of Conquest libram that gives Block Value everytime you use Holy Shield?
I dont really know if they are useful cause against ranged (with hunters being an exception) I don't use Holy Shield at all. It would be good against melee though.
The judgement libram might be useful against casters, but when (if) you get close enough to attack, you dont really want to open with judgement, because it's weak, you'd rather use Shield of Rightousness, then use Hammer of the Righteous, and if there is enough time, Judge before they get away.
But then the Block Value from Judgement would be pretty wasted.

I agree. In fact, that is exactly what I use.

Mana issues are more of a concern without using SoCommand + glyph.
Just make sure you can keep up Plea. Cast it right before you start attacking, etc so it stays up and you regen the most mana possible.

Granted, the Val Libram isn't the best when you want to go back to PvE, but you'll have it if you decide to go ret. All in all, it's a nice libram for prot pvp. The STR gives you more SBV so you block more as well as doing more damage with your Shield of Right.

And it's so cheap now with how fast we can farm triumph badges.
