Stuck on what to upgrade next?

Hi, im a bit stuck on what i should upgrade next on my protection paladin. (http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sh...athor&n=Vilcit). I have about 20 emblems of triumph and 28 emblems of frost. The guild i am in has just started running toc 10 and ony 10 to give you an idea of the type of loot available to me. I have also thought about pugging icc but not sure if my gear is good enough at this stage. Id be greatful if anyone could suggest badge items to go for or raid drops. i realise my trinkets are pretty poor but considering im doing toc would it be worth sticking with them for now just because of the +stam on them?

your wep needs to be upgraded bad. get either http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50268 from heroic PoS or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50290 from heroic HoR. they are both easy access tank upgrades for you. work on getting new trinkets. yours were nice at the beginning of expac, but for the content you are running, very dated. you might as well be useing both brewfest trinkets at this point, lol. as for replaceing them, heres a few to keep an eye out for: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47882 off faction champs, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49487 from the ony head quest reward. i relize your hp is a bit low atm, but no worries. Start chain running random heroics to stock up on badges. get some more t9. i will say you should save your frost badges for the t10. its pretty much the BiS gear you have access to atm and is worth waiting for. i know the other stuff is tempting, like trinkets, libram etc., but with your stam is low so the hp increase you will get will be worth it. hope that helps a bit. happy raiding.
