Advice needed for t10 2 piece and my haste rating.

I am confuse which to get the gloves or the head for t10. Seeing that my hit cap is way above the cap i find gloves and legs are very bad investment if i may say so. I would like to ask if i should get the gloves first or wait next week to get the head which has better stats. And also is my haste rating abit too high? Should i focus on another stat like crit or sp gear.

wait for the head piece. I will be better for you to maintain the 2 Piece T9 as long as you can. Yes you have a lot of hit, but that will let you play with some items a lot easier.
