10-man Heroic ICC loot list: Pale Corpse Boots classified as Back; should be Feet.
10-man Heroic ICC loot list: Icecrown Spire Sandals classified as Back; should be Feet.

I don't know why heroic versions of cloth boots are being classified as cloaks, but if you have some sort of script you might want to check it out.
