I stopped adding BiS lists on the guide here some time ago too, since people are kind of supposed to know how their class works by the time they'll clesar ICC (or ToC, to a certain extent).
In short: everything it's been said about rotation, stats, etc, is still true.
If you want to know how to ear, run heroics until you're tired, grab 4xt9, try to grab Onyxia's Stormrage head, and everything else you can buy with emblems, ring, trinket, etc etc. Practically the whole gear is there.
