The 2 proffessions as arcane mage i have are jc and enchanting.
Are those 2 the best for dps or should i go for tailo and enchanting?

I think all professions are close in line with eachother. Tailoring might be better if you're really nitpicking.

If you are really going for maximum dps, the top choice is JC/Engi for arcane.

Top two professions are: 1. Engi 2. Tailoring
However since the cloak enchants don't stack they don't really work well together, and since the ability to choose whatever stats you want (almost) from JC is better than the static SP from enchanting you'd most likely want to go Engi-JC for absolute min/max. But the difference between the different crafting professions are minimal.
