Rogue type boss or time to wear tinfoil hat

Anyone have any form of reason? The only reason I can think of is it's a rogue type mob like the ones in Vezax's Trash.

That dude has fucked up combat ratings, if it's intentional or not I dunno. He's also capable of critting a tank with over 540 defense.

Oh I'm sure there is, but incase you don't get the obvious cheesyness of that message: There's no hidden chance for something to happen once you've made sure it can't.

Crits on defense 'capped' tanks, dodges on bosses that shouldn't happen, etc, can all be explained trough logical reasoning, but no, some conspiracy nutjob decides to back up the one thing without proof.
