Frost lvling viable?

Yo, lvling a deathknight on a new server, and i'll try something new.
I'm asking, therefore, is Frost viable?
Dualwielding ofcourse.

Every DK spec is viable for anything.

Most people pick blood for self heals or unholy for walking/mounted speed, but in the end just pick whatever you like most.

Hell Yes. It always been viable. For me I rarely ever needed to heal, and even then it was just a quick ghoul sacrifice then im done. The damage was also good enough to have mobs downed fast

its good but blood is better, and with blood you can solo almost every 5man

You can solo almost anything as unholy aswell. Death strike with 3 diseases is pretty gewd.

OT: I leveled my 1st DK as frost DW with the honored swords from honor hold. But that was when howling blast was OP and fun.

Im lvl 61 in Zangarmarsh atm, should i go get the axes from Thrallmar?
And how long would they last?

They should take you into northrend. I'm not up to scratch with horde quests though. You certainly won't feel dps gimped in borean/howling with them.

My friend who is curently leveling his dk, used DW frost spec and he said its pretty fun.... personally i used blood for the heals:P but pick the one you like most
