The only way that Chastise could ever be reintroduced would be to make it a very deep Holy talent, something well out of reach of Discipline and Shadow Priests. It would need to be handled in a similar fashion to the Body and Soul talent in the Holy tree.

I love how he clearly states that he wants to get rid of all your counters. Discs are overpowered against all other classes except those he listed. So no, nerf Discs first, then give them this.
