I am sorry but that boss , its not the last boss so why rush to kill him?

We recorded World/EU/US Firsts of Kalecgos, Brutalus, Twins, Mu'ru....
we had a running World First scorecard for US and EU during Ulduar both normal and hard mode.
And I correct me if I'm mistaken (I may be) but I thought we also had a running tally of ToC Firsts normal/hard as well.

So the question still stands, why have we not seen World First credits where World First credits are due in ICC?
