displaying the duration of both Death's choice procs

Hi Guys

I wondered whether there is a possibility to display both Death's choice procs (their respective remaining durations)
at the same time. (2 duration bars or sth like that)

Does anyone of you know, how to do sth like that? Is there a way to do it with ForteXorcist ?

The spell IDs for the procs are unique - so use some proc mod like procodile and you can set up both cooldown and buff bars for both trinkets at the same time.
