[feral dps] t10 2sets vs t9 2sets?

I am having a very tough decision.

My head gear is 258 t9.
now I have 251 t10 shoulder, hands (2 sets bonus) 245 t9 shoulder, hands (3set 2 sets bonus as well)
my chest and legs are 258 but not tier one. Also, because of expertise and hit, I cannot break my head, chest, legs pieces. (It means I cannot have both t9 2sets and t10 2sets)
So, I have to choose t9 2sets or t10 2sets (As you know t9 4sets is useless)

258+one of 245 (t9 2sets) VS two 251s (t10 2sets)
= rake 3 sec vs 10 less energy for rip

which one is better?


By the way, I welcome rogues nerf.
I have been compared to them as melee dps in raids, and always thought that they were just OP.

As far as the set bonus goes, t9 2 piece is hands down better than t10 2 piece.
I'm sure there's a way to work out having both by changing a few things around tho.

You're gonna want the 4 set t10 asap anyways so it doesnt really matter, keep your helm till last since that holds alot of expertise, over 1/2 what you need to be capped.

I find the rip bonus amazing. I always used to find myself in situations where I'd FB and struggle to get rip up before SR dropped off. When Rip only costs 20 energy it's extremely easy.
