There is no best addon, it's up to personal prefrences. U can use: Grid, Healbot, Vuhdo, Xpearl, Pitbull, Clique. All of them are about the same.

^ what he said. i have a holy priest aswell as holy paladin i prefer healbot on my paladin and grid for my priest. its all preference

This is a pretty nice Addon, i've had it for awhile now. (:

I also recommend Grid, with mouse over macros or the Addon "Clique". Really about your play style and preference though, in my opinion.

I use Vuhdo instead of Grid+Clique, but that's mostly personal preference.

Forte Exorcist is an amazing addon, and works for any class. I use to track Beacon, Sacred Shield, FoL's HoT, and various other minor buffs and procs.
