Skill-Score, Elitist Group

A person named Xog had made a thread on December 30th talking about his addon "Skill-Score" and it's EXACTLY what Elitist Group is. He had said he was waiting for curse to approve the addon and it would be a week or so before it was up. Then his thread got deleted/moved to a restricted section. Can a moderator please revive his thread, because now his addon is being featured on the front page of MMO-Champion.

Hello guy and girl players of World of Warcraft, in this thread I'm going to explain how my new addon works. Basically what I did was have this addon record your DPS records, performace in groups, all of the guilds you've been in, and how many/which instances you've ran in the last 7 days. Below you can find out a bit more detailed list of how these functions work and how they can be useful.

**ADDITIONAL feature to this addon: Cross-server/Faction chat!**
--This feature MAY be removed upon denial by curse gaming as "exploitation." I've kept the code for this feature seperate for this reason and I have the version without this feature ready for upload and approval if the other one is denied. Sit tight!

Recording DPS - This sends a "link" (like an item link) that players can click on and view certain stats in a display window.
This tool records your DPS (YOURS ONLY!) to display to other people. You can show other players your past highest "DPS" record for specific instances, boss fights, or areas. It also allows you to display (any of)your recorded DPS during any of those as well.
Example: Two nights ago you were DPSing in a 10-man Onyxia. Your addon will send a link to who you want that displays your fight stats.

Performance in Groups - In this section of the addon you can look up certain players (ONLY) on your realm (works for horde-alliance crossfaction too). You can look at notes left by other players that were in that person's group. You can only leave a note to a player that is CURRENTLY in your group! (to help alleviate gold spam advertisements)
Example: a restoration druid named "Bigbeef" did an exceptional job in the instance, and a party member decided to add that to his notes in Skill-Score. Other players can now view this whenever they look up this player if they're looking for a healer.

Guild Records - Each player will keep a record of how many, and which, guilds they've been in. This feature can be disabled. If you enable it after it's been disabled for a long time, it will still display which guilds you were in while it was disabled. If it's disabled, it will state that you have this feature disabled. This feature viewed in the addon's interface.

Instance Recording - This part of the addon is viewed in the addon's interface. When you look up certain players, you can choose to view all of the recent instances they've completed within the last 7 days, and how many times. THIS WILL ONLY DISPLAY YOU AS FINISHING AN INSTANCE IF YOU HAVE KILLED MORE THAN ONE BOSS.

And last but not least,

Cross-Server/Faction Chat - You can ONLY use this ability if BOTH PARTIES have eachother "open" to chat. You must select what server your contact is on, and the player's name. The other player must do the same in order to receive your messages! This is to prevent gold spam/griefing of cross-factioned players.


In order for you to look up anybody's stats or have someone click your link, both players must have this addon. You will not be able to look up someone's stats that doesn't have this addon.
