ive been using +10 stats to chest but i seen alot of the top locks with +15 spirit

You may lose 5 spirit but you'll gain 10 intellect and 10 stamina, may as well stick with the +10 stats

Go with 10 stats. That's +10 spirit, int and stam. Int giving you spell crit and mana and stam giving you a small buff to health.

Only go spirit enchant if ur in a min/max guild. A min/max guild only have good players mostly incl healers so if u know they will always heal u, by all means go the spirit one =)
But soon after Mr Xi secured a third term, Apple released a new version of the feature in China, limiting its scope. Now Chinese users of iPhones and other Apple devices are restricted to a 10-minute window when receiving files from people who are not listed as a contact. After 10 minutes, users can only receive files from contacts.
Apple did not explain why the update was first introduced in China, but over the years, the tech giant has been criticised for appeasing Beijing.
