Just wondering why I can only pull 3-4k in regular heroics. Here's my armory:

I have the proper % cap's as far as I know.. i feel like my yellow numbers aren't as high as they should be, especially with my armp trinket. Is that kind of DPS typical for the level gear that I have? Any help would be great.

You probably should be around the 3.5-4k range with that setup for heroics. If you want a suggestion to up your dps to the 4k-4.5k range, especially for Heroics, try swapping Glyph of Execute -> Glyph of Sweeping Strikes then macro /cast Sweeping Strikes with all of your attacks. It doesn't use a GCD, or rage, and accounts for about 15% of my heroics damage.

All of the rest of your stuff looks perfect I can't think of anything else you could do to up the deeps.
