If we dealt 100% physical damage like a warrior, it could be. However, we generally get more out of strength. Depending on your spec and gear level, armor penetration may come in second best.

Strength is your best stat at all item levels currently. ArP is likely to be your second best for single target, so you should still like it on your gear, but never gem it over Str.
