Blightborne Warplate, worth the expertise lose?

Hey, i recently got http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50024 however the amount of hit rating on ICC loot is ridiculous im on around 380 hit now with it and have gone down to 13 expertise :-X, i was wondering whether its even worth keeping this or sticking with my original, and whether i should perhaps gem for expertise or if there is any way to drop the amount of hit on my items?

Personally, I'd wait for the frost emblem chest. Tons of bonus armor and (s)expertise. Blightborne's not really on my radar because of it.
