Leveling BM Help

Hey guys i recently decided to level my hunter its been at 70 since wotlk release and i no that Bm is the best leveling spec as its practically zero downtime i hear but im having alot of difficulty with my pet holding aggro and i was wondering if theres a different pet i should get? i hear things about the gorilla but i just wanted to confirm it as im currently using a cat.

so i just wanted to confirm some stuff really :

what pets best and where to get it? for leveling

and could someone link me the ideal leveling spec for the pet and myself while leveling?

what glyphs and rotations should i use?

and thats about it really all the help i get is much appreciated!!

As far as pets go it's really reliant on your play style. If you like to take on one or two mobs at a time and down them quickly a Ferocity pet is a good way to go do to the high damage output. If your bigger on grabbing large packs of mobs then a Tenacity pet is better suited for holding there attention and taking a beating. Just make sure you have growl up and you have your pet specked. As BM a Devilsaur is going to be good for damage but your cat is still more than viable. Bears, Turtles, and Warp Stalkers are all good choices for a more tanky pet. Speck wise both of these are pretty good leveling specks in my experience (expecting flames and being called a noob...).

Rotation should be: Kill Shot> Arcane Shot> Serpent Sting> Multi-Shot> Steady Shot

Get a devilsaur, spec it for all the dmg talents.

You won't regret it.

Oh and: Be prepared to have a hard time while leveling the pet tiself, as the pet being a few lvls lower has a huge impact on it's threat output.
