Can't talk to a GM today?

Hi,

I'm wondering, if anyone has noticed this - in europe we cannot talk to a gm. The button under support many is grayed out. yesterday I wrote a ticket, and logged in today to check the answer - the ticket is gone and there is no anwser, and I cant write a new one. Everyone I ask has the same. ;/

Anyone has any idea what's going on? Can't find anything on the forums.

logging servers are pretty much down for me. so there fixing that , before they get too tickets imo.
