Quick questions

Just need some opinions on some itemisation issues im having,
1) which staff is better, Nibelung or Abracadaver? I have both and can't decide which is better.
2) Black Magic or +81 spell power to the staff chosen? what kind of uptime am i looking at for black magic vs. the flat +81 sp gain?

Im running as Affliction and with spellstone and nibelung im at 884 haste and with abracadaver and spellstone 1020.

Abracadaver, until they buff Nibelung (next week I believe).
81 spell power, black magic has up to 30% uptime (250 * .3 = 75), but you can waste a black magic proc due to fight mechanics wherease 81 spell power is never lost.
