Build using Maghia's Misguided Quill

Hi,

Has anyone tried to make a build using this:

Use: Increase your spell power by 712 for 20 sec. 2 min cooldown.

There seems to be enough gear that does not have hit that you might
be able to use this pretty well. The on-use value is about 118 DPS,
increased by being able to time uses with other cooldowns.

Would be possible for other speccs.
But here's our problem, formed into a question to you:
Where do you want to put the freed talent points into? What talent, which you can't specc into right now, would yield you more DPS than just taking 3% Hit (and Aggro-Reduce >_>) and getting another Trinket?

Changing speccs (especially with Hit-talents) works for other classes (worked for Shadowpriests some time ago), but seeing as we don't have great talents to chose from, it sadly is not an option for us.

I think I miswrote.

"Build" was meant to be "gear selection".

I've been trying to find a set of gear with very low hit (other than the trinket) to see if you can form a gear set that uses it.

Its actually pretty simple ... you open up ICC loot tables and you pick some items you add up the hit on those items and if you have something pretty close to 289 you are fine and you go for that gear.
