You want to hard cap ArP, then start gemming for STR again. So no, if anything he is a slacker for only being at 95%.

ArP could be hardcapped (or close to) in TOTGC gear.
So much easier with ICC gear. I'm gonna reach ~95% today after daily dungeon (buying cloak+belt).
I will hardcap (with foodbuff) if Anub drops a pair of heroic Gauntlets of Bitter Reprisal on sunday.

Notice the similarity of the Deathbringer's will. It's pretty much what gets the last lil bit. My warrior is sitting just enough for DBW to get him to 100% arp as well.

Still not completely hard ArP capped with Arp rating being 13.997 per percentage.

Tho when you reach the 100% cap you have the choise to sit on 100% and eat STR food or sit abit under it and eat ARP food. Personally I'd take the arp food.
