resto or enhan gearing guide

Hi all

My shaman just dinged 80, but I found it hard to know how much SP Mana and 5mp is needed to heal heroic.
Also have a hard time knowing how much AP, crit and other stuff needed for his enhac gear.
I atm just doing heroics as DPS and trying to gaer up, which is hard because haelers never pass on gear to me :P and also I get a lot of Abuse because off my DPS. Healing heroics doesn't look wise because I am pretty low on everthing :P

So does anybody know any good geearing guides. I am kind of clueless :P.
