n00b pvp have basic question

Heyas, i am a young shadow priest than just start to make some pvp, and i need know how much hit % and spell penetration are the caps today for pvp, thx

5% hit and 75 spell pen is fine for pvp, but if you never want to see a miss or resist, go 8% hit and 130 spell pen.

personally no idea about shadows,if u go pvp try disc imo :P disc is good for many classes in 2v2 and god mode in 3v3 with RMP :P
