1. should i always aim for the damage per second on a wapon, or should i always aim for the
31 - 59 weapon.

I got like two:
One 31 - 59
second 41 - 78

only the first one is much faster.
I mostly use skills and burst, so is it better to get the second one?
Or does it really not mather?

( tooltip says that the second one has less damage per second (-1.6)
