I'm Fury atm, Is my gear at the right level?

looks good but a couple of things... don't gem for ArP if you won't reach the soft cap + trinket or hard cap, gem for strength. For your meta gem, get the 21 agility and 3% crit one... all you need is 1 bue gem and you can get that with a nightmare tear (+10 to all stats) which permits you to gem into strength even more

Because you're rather narcissistic and assume that everyone is doing the same things you and your guild are?

And yeah, I think everyone would love to have dual JBs, but for most players it's just not possible.
