They are the Tukui buffs/debuffs yes but changed a bit in the LUA files.

That video is quite a bad example of how my UI is now lol changed a few things to make it much more sexy and also during normal encounters i do not have recount showing, for that particular boss i do however. When we down lichking ill make a new vid of new UI

What's the addon underneath GRID. Showing Lich King, Shambling Horror and what I believe is the number of people targetting it.

Just TukUI, with a few extra things. Quartz, Recount, Carbonite, Atlasloot, couple other hidden things, etc.

That's an addon called MagicTarget 2 it's absolutely amazing especially when raid leading. It shows all targets targeted by raid members and also mobs mouse overed by raid members.

thats the latest screen i've managed to find, I ended up with half-transparent unit frames and buttons, and some other minor fixes.
also will notice, that omen appears in raid, symmetrically to chat.

From the UI Forums version of this which I linked as a guideline in the first post:
