Ret 2p10... when to drop 2pt9?

I'm kind of torn as I really want to get the 2p t10, but my options are this:

Replace a piece of 232-t9 (I have only two)
or replace a piece of 251 gear I've already gotten, which would not increase anything whatsoever except giving me the tier 2p bonus.

I honestly don't see the point in waiting for 95 emblems just to sidegrade something, any help? How useful is 2p t9 exactly?

ok 2 peice t10 is godly good. i upgraded to 2t10 and my dps went up buy about 200 ( for just a set bonuse thats prity nice ) now going from a 232 t9 to 251 t10 is going to be a masive upgrade in itself not even counting the 2 set however you will lose your 2 set t9 so it will probably equil out. imo replace the shoulders with t10 because you need to get your t10 4 set anyway since its BiS.

your going to have to eat the loss anyway at some point so why not eat it sooner beffor content becomes to difficult.

Both 2pc t10 and 2pc t9 are godly. Keep them. Swap when you have 4pc t10-264.

Since it seems you only have available to you either t10 251 or t9 232, 4 piece 251 > 2 t9 251 & 2 t10 232. I would replace your helm with the t10 asap and it will be more then a sidegrade.

Most discussions around here about breaking the 2p bonuses involve the following 2 t10 264 & 2 t9 258 > 4 t10 264.

Tested 4pc.251(well 1pc is 264) in this id and iam not really convinced. On Fights like Putricide it seemed better (soc p2, sov p3, more soc dmg...short target switch etc...) For other fights it seems to be a big loss (Rotface, BLQ...)

Sry for bringing this thread up to the top again, but iam still struggleing with this.
At this time i am still switching from boss to boss between 2pc.258.t9+2pc.t10(1x264 1x251) and 4pc.t10 (1x 264 3x 251) and i really cant decide.
It seems as if the value of 2pc.t9 is still rising and outperforming 4pc.t10

If you hover over RV you can see that i got the tick rolling to mighty 12737. It doesnt seem possible that 10% judgement and seal dmg can outperform this.

Oh and on the topic of manifested anger. quick math:
Manifest Anger 67,217 25 3.7%
seals critchance 48,2% -> 12*3977 (avg seal crit) + 13*2890 (avg seal hit) = 82404 dmg

149621 dmg = 8,26% directly related to the trinket.
8,26% of 11143 = 920,2 dps !

Buy the t10 helm and keep both set bonuses until you have t10 4 piece
