Blood and Frost, use both dependent on what wing your in.

For a long time I use to tank as blood. When patch 3.3 dropped and my first time in ICC I felt blood didn't offer enough threat or damage reduction. So I went with Frost which I find a little better tanking ICC 10 man. As Cirayne24 stated though it also depends on what wing you are doing.
