Should you be able to increase the size of breasts in WoW?

Well I was just wondering and stuff. A fine example would be in this picture. I mean, what's with the female players? What if a female player is "gifted" by nature and she has big breasts but in game she can't? Has Blizzard thought about that? I think they didn't.

Realistically, female breasts in WoW should be smaller IMO. Atleast the fighting classes (DK, Rogue, Warrior, Paladin, Hunter, Druid, Shaman)
