How can you make a BiS list when you dont know what LK will drop? ???

Nice gear.. But there is only 259 hit on it, so if you get that you wont be hit caped even as ally.

That is 4 hit rating off the cap as an ally, I doubt getting a piece with hit will be more dps than that set.

3.3.2 is Frostwing Halls (and subsequently Frozen Throne) patch, so it isn't quite correct.

This list is closer to Normal mode BiS list as the only 277 item listed is the Ashen ring.

And I'd have to agree about the Belt. CCB has 80 Haste to WoD's 64. Post-gemming, CCB will still have more Haste and SP than WoD even with WoD's yellow socket.

So then this is a "best gear available to me" list not a "best in slot" list. Best in slot means just that, there is not a single item available that is better for that slot.
