Naruto shippuden *SPOILER*

i just got done watching shippuden and its still bothering me how jereiya apparently died. he could've gotten away it seemed but he made the choice that getting information was more important than living to fight another day? i don't know. i really was into the whole buildup but i swear the way he died bothered me. i'm not a big Jereiya fan or anything since he's not that involved but it bothers me when stuff i'm absorbed in doesn't really make common sense to me.

also do they plan on adding more episodes to shipuden? i think i ended on like episode 145 or something but the last episode seemed extremely open ended. i'm rather new to Naruto btw but i'm a big fan now!

It didnt end by 145, theres 151 that got out yesterday. I think 145-151 episodes were fillers, so there were no news about jereiya, but this episode, 151, ended the fillers and 152 will go on with the normal story. In 152th episode, you'll see what happened to Jereiya.

I'm surprised anyone can have the patience too keep watching Naruto.. Not that it isn't good but you get a main story arc for every 10 fillers..

lol thats SO true...it annoys me sometimes since there are so many fillers but i fast forward through a lot of them altho i like the humor and filler stuff sometimes especially when tsunade yells/fights naruto. i love how she doesn't care about sinking to that level of arguing and fighting with him. tsunade makes me laugh whenever she does that. i hate the hinata crush stuff with naruto, i mean its just too redundant EVERY time. but yeah the story arcs come and go with a ton of filler episodes lucky i'm not watching the episodes on tv programming where i can't fast forward. in fact ALL anime is tough to watch like taht since the intro's and endings take up so much of each episode its like you only get 15 minutes of actual stuff that happens.

Yeah Naruto does have some good humor Also some of the more subtle things are pretty funny.. like during the first series when Hinata gets taken away on a stretcher and the guys unzip her coat.. for some reason Naruto seeing that she has boobs was a revelation.

Naruto has the same problem any other anime have. Really bad fillers.... I mean c'mon they could atleast try to make em good looking. And I think they are putting to mutch energy in anime movies theese days. Maybe the first movies were decent, but the last one was a pile of poop.

Yet I get every episode. Strange thing.

Fillers aren't that bad , hell they worth just a tiny bit less than the main story. It's just that you need to watch the main first, then fillers.

Well, the first FMA wasn't actually based on the manga, but the new one is.
I don't know myself, but people say that the manga itself isn't really finished yet. Thus there is no ending for the new FMA.
Bus as i said, i'm not sure.

well i just saw the new episodes, basically 145-153, and i've got to say i like how the filler story arc is tying in with the main akatsuki plot. they did a really good job on making me feel reallly bad over jereiya, especially naruto's reaction, i think i almost shed a tear watching 153 :'(

i am so addicted to naruto, and it sux because i've watched them all at this point(from marathon'ing), now i have to wait for each and every episode :P can anyone recommend another anime thats similar or as good as naruto? i tried to get into bleach the other night but its so different and not what i expected after watching the first 2 episodes tbh. i was thinking about trying death note but that was listed as mystery, horror which isn't really naruto'sh 'ninja/action/etc'. should i rent or look for the naruto movies? are they any good? i'm cracking out on naruto lol can can't find anything like it...help!
