    Classic Rock

Post your favourite classical Rock songs here!

I'll start out with some from The Who

    --The Who--

    Album: My Generation (1965)
    My Generation (live)- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nr81olQ1ibk

(superb performance, check out John Entwistle's little bass solo at 2:30, there's a reason why he was chosen bassist of the Millenium)

    Album: Who's Next (1971)
    Won't Get Fooled Again (live) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rp6-wG5LLqE

    Baba O'riley - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2KRpRMSu4g

    Bargain - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1AgiTh4X8U

    My Wife - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJS01yOfipE

Behind Blue Eyes (live) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_1RqyNdzbE

    Album: Who Are You (1978)
    Who Are You - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_FZVD5lsAw

And if you're a hardcore fan of The Who, then check out this over 2 hour live performance by them from 2000. Truly one of the best live performances ever. Even though they're getting pretty old there.

Now I would do like a 10 page thread with just links to bands aswell as Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Beatles, Queen, etc, etc, but I honestly can't be bothered myself, so...
Feel free to post your favourite Classical Rock band in this thread. :-)

Edit: For some reason some of the Youtube links just won't work by clicking for me, you're gonna have to manually Cltr C + Paste that.

    Re: Classic Rock

Favorite classic rock band is Aerosmith. Classic rock is the station that I listen to where I live. But there is almost no classic rock artist that I don't like, other than Led Zeppelin. For some reason, their music doesn't turn me on.

Basically, I'm for anything that gets you through the night - be it prayer, tranquilizers or a bottle of Jack Daniels.

    Shoo, troll.

Could you call Jethro Tull classic rock? They're amazing. Aqualung is mind-blowing, and Living in the Past and Thick as a Brick are awesome too.

Slowly becoming one of my favorite Zeppelin songs of all times just sucks for it being such a short song.

Oh my, oh my, oh my! THESE are great songs! I would probably swap Stairway to Heaven for Over The Hills and Far Away by the same band!
